hybajj Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain a hybajj account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• You are accessing hybajj from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by hybajj or any affiliated responsible gaming scheme;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any other party;
• You have not previously had a hybajj account closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

When registering a hybajj account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

hybajj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or bank statement confirming your name and address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one hybajj account. If hybajj determines that a member holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device fingerprint — hybajj reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses or winnings, and return only the original deposited funds (less any amounts already withdrawn) at its sole discretion.

hybajj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to members in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. hybajj reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All transactions must be conducted using a payment method registered in your own name. hybajj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the source and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level and the payment method used. hybajj reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on any account at any time for responsible gaming or risk management purposes. Deposits are generally credited to your hybajj wallet in real time, subject to payment provider availability. hybajj is not liable for any delay caused by the payment provider's network.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the hybajj account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. hybajj targets processing of all approved withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for bKash and Nagad; however, processing times may extend up to twenty-four (24) hours during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

Prior to processing a withdrawal, hybajj may require the member to complete full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. hybajj reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

All hybajj accounts are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All bonus amounts, wagering requirements, deposit limits, and withdrawal thresholds referenced in these Terms or in any promotional communication are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

hybajj may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and time limits. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

hybajj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where expressly permitted by the applicable wagering requirement conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount unless explicitly stated to apply to the deposit plus bonus amount. Bets placed on certain games may contribute less than 100% towards meeting a wagering requirement; specific contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.

hybajj employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts, placing low-risk or arbitrage wagers designed solely to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated play between groups of members. Where hybajj determines that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

All sports bets placed on hybajj are subject to the applicable betting rules for each sport and market type. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount is deducted from your hybajj wallet balance. hybajj reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects match-fixing, inside information, or system error.

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are materially incorrect due to a system error, data feed failure, or human error ("Obvious Error"), hybajj reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount to the member's wallet. hybajj will notify affected members of any void resulting from an Obvious Error. Winnings derived from bets accepted at obviously incorrect odds will not be paid out.

All hybajj casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, fish games, and arcade titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are streamed from licensed studios with independently audited procedures. Game results are final once generated. hybajj will not reverse a completed game result except where a confirmed technical fault demonstrably altered the outcome of the game.

hybajj is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnections, mobile network failures, device shutdowns, or any other technical interruption on the member's side during an active game session or in-play bet. Where a disconnection occurs during a live casino game round, the game outcome will be determined by the studio's server-side result log and will be final. Members experiencing repeated disconnection issues should contact hybajj support before continuing play.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hybajj login credentials, including your username and password. hybajj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. You must notify hybajj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. hybajj will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hybajj platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with hybajj games;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or any technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other members, dealers, or third parties;
• Attempting to launder money or funds of illicit origin through the hybajj platform;
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to mask or alter your actual location for the purpose of circumventing regional restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hybajj staff or other members via any communication channel.

hybajj provides all members with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); and indefinite self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your hybajj account settings at any time. hybajj is committed to implementing any self-exclusion or deposit limit request within 24 hours of receipt.

hybajj endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, payment provider outages, or circumstances beyond hybajj's reasonable control. hybajj will not be liable for any losses — including unfulfilled bets, missed promotions, or unrealised winnings — arising from platform unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hybajj's total liability to any member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the net amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hybajj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if hybajj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a member and hybajj that cannot be resolved through the hybajj customer support team, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. hybajj's support team can be reached at [email protected].

hybajj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, hybajj will endeavour to notify active members via the email address registered on their account or via an on-platform notice. Your continued use of the hybajj platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

You may close your hybajj account at any time by contacting [email protected]. hybajj will process any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of all outstanding bet settlements. hybajj reserves the right to close any account at any time for a breach of these Terms, without obligation to provide advance notice.

These Terms, together with the hybajj Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and hybajj with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
