How Each Tool Works
You can set a deposit limit in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) covering a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once your limit is reached, hybajj will decline any further deposit attempts until the limit period expires and resets. Requests to increase a deposit limit take 7 days to come into effect, giving you time to reconsider. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately.

During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, place bets, or receive any promotional communications. At the end of the time-out period your account automatically reopens, unless you choose to extend or escalate to self-exclusion. Time-outs take effect immediately upon request.
Immediate effectSelf-exclusion is the most serious player protection tool available at hybajj. You may request exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Once self-exclusion is active, your account is closed, all marketing communications are halted, and any attempt to re-register a new account using the same personal details will be blocked. To request self-exclusion, email [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" along with your registered account details. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of your confirmed request.
Within 24 hourshybajj allows you to set a maximum net loss threshold per day or per week. If your losses reach this threshold, your account is automatically restricted from placing further bets until the limit period resets. As with deposit limits, any request to increase a loss limit will only take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period. Reductions take immediate effect.
